and methodology

Our methodology links theory to practice. At BEC TRAINING, we believe that assessment integration saves time and resources. Therefore, we integrate theory with practice. That means the programme has a theoretical part and a practical component where learners will have to practice in the workplace.   The assistance in achieving the objectives of the project would include, but not be limited to one-one coaching and mentoring to all the key officials to complete the training with success and run successful small businesses and thereby create much needed jobs in the economy.

We align our service offerings to the training needs of the organisation as well as industry by ensuring clear lines of communication and consultation throughout the training process of the employees.
We forge partnerships with potential host companies, key policy makers at the municipality and community leaders for learnerships through networking, attending workshops for skills development, and advertising on social networks.
We develop a potential learner through learnerships in a skill or trade, follow up with a top up skills course to enable them to not to be too reliant of expecting to be employed but to be entrepreneurs through the NVC skills programs.
We go the extra mile for our learners through offering extra services such as mentoring of past learners even after their programs are completed. The “alumni” is essential for empowering former and current learners.
We use group facilitation, as well as mentoring, all as a means to impart knowledge and skill to our learners.
We offer our training through blended learning, to cater for the busy employed learner, thereby aligning ourselves to the 4IR.
Our team of facilitators is highly experienced and are subject matter experts and bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom experience.
