The Assessor was extremely knowledgeable on the training program and giving timely feedback and engaging with the learners. We couldn't praise the Assessor enough for what she has taught us.

Electra Nyandoro was first contracted by PMI under her training company BEC Training Consultants to assist the Production Management Institute (PMI) in the Eastern Cape with a very tricky rural project at the beginning of 2018. PMI had realised that the level and quality of the original assessors contracted to assess learner’s work on the NQF 2 Learnership: New Venture Creation were not adequate and the project was in crises. Electra took on the task to endorse or re-assess at least a 3rd of the Portfolios of Evidence submitted by the 300 learners on the project. Her speed, quality of her work and mindfulness of keeping the learner the focus of the assessment was very impressive. PMI Eastern Cape approached Electra post the project completion to see if she was willing to take on other different projects for PMI – this she has willingly done. PMI has contracted Electra as a Facilitator and Assessor for two NQF 4 Business Administration Learnership projects that are linked to two important clients and both groups have provided excellent feedback on Electra’s professionalism in the classroom as a Facilitator, her attention to detail and manner when engaging one on one during a feedback session as an assessor. Electra is so learner centered she was able to assist a very difficult learner whose attendance was appalling to complete a learnership, for which, PMI was very grateful. I highly recommend Electra to any individual or organisation who wants to partner with a passionate, committed and professional education training and development practioner.
